All The Wrong Places

Regional Premiere
USA - 95 minutes.
Sunday, July 22 at 7:00 pm
Written and directed by Martin Edwards. Mother is a famous artist and her daughter Marisa is determined to escape from her shadow by becoming…a famous artist! She tries painting, poetry and finally filmmaking, but being an artist simply to compete with her mother leaves her wondering what exactly her art should be about. She descends into the New York art world in search of inspiration, only to steal other artist’s ideas instead. She becomes distracted by falling in love with her neighbor, Paul, and everything else that befalls her in this quirky and finely developed comedy by Edwards. Eventually Marisa finally realizes that the passion and creativity to make art can only come from within the artist - but getting there (with a tremendously talented cast) is a pure joyride for the audience!
