Written and directed by Joseph Castelo. Produced by Michael Hausman, Jeffrey Levy-Hinte, Scott Ferguson and Jonathan Hludzinski. This comedic docudrama tells the story of an aspiring young actor in New York City, Miles (Kevin Corrigan), and his attempt to transform himself into one of the “coolest” characters of American literature, Jack Kerouac. Miles travels cross-country with a bizarre cabby (Vincent Schiavelli) to audition for a film about Kerouac. The two set out on the open road with the meter running and the hope of experiencing Kerouac’s America. No matter what awaits them in Hollywood, the journey will change them both forever.
