A hard-hitting crime drama, Irish Eyes explores the relationship between two Irish-American brothers born in Boston to immigrant parents and raised in a tough, working class neighborhood. After watching their father being gunned down in front of their eyes, Sean and Thomas Phelan grow up building lives on opposite sides of the law. Thomas builds a successful career as a US Attorney. Sean gets caught up in a life of crime and rises to become the head of the Irish mob. Spanning from the 1950s to the 1990s the film is epic in nature, yet intimate in design.
Cinematographers: Kristian Bernier and Marc Leidy.
