Terry Green, director of the 2002 Grand Prize winner Almost Salinas at the Stony Brook Film Festival, returns with Heavens Fall, a searing, moving re-creation of one man's quest for justice during the infamous Scottsboro Boys trial in 1931, in which nine black hoboes were accused of a heinous crime. Featuring a strong ensemble led by Academy Award winner Timothy Hutton and 2005 Oscar nominee David Strathairn, Heavens Fall tells a heartbreaking but ultimately inspirational story whose repercussions are still felt to this day. Produced by Anna Marie Crovetti, Gloria Everett, Wade W. Danielson. Cinematographer: Paul Sanchez.
