An accident in a nuclear power plant near
Frankfurt throws the country into panic. A gigantic
radioactive cloud has been released and is heading
towards the town of Schlitz. Everyone who
lives in the immediate vicinity of the power plant
is instantly contaminated, while those who live
further away try to flee. Among them are 16-year-old
Hannah and her boyfriend Elmar. As law and
order disintegrate, they attempt to escape from
the danger zone. Gregor Schnitzler has adapted
the international bestseller by Gudrun Pausewang
