After a year in psychoanalysis, a blocked novelist
named Solo (Giovanni Ribisi) is broke and at the
end of his rope. During their last session together,
Solo’s therapist suggests that owning a pet
may help. Man meets dog and is never the
same. A delightful and quirky film, in which
Caan sends a sweetly funny love note to his
home, the city of Los Angeles. A first-rate cast
deliver this offbeat comedy with just the right
