Opening Night, Thursday, July 19
Free reception. After the screening of A Family
Secret filmgoers are invited to stay for an
Opening Night Reception with refreshments in
the lobby and on the Staller Center Terrace.

Ticketed event. Sumptuous Barbecue and
Buffet at Jasmine in the Charles B.Wang
Center. Buffet tickets are $25 for passholders,
$30 for non-passholders.
Following the screening of Three Mothers, keep
the night going with a spectacular Asian buffet
provided by the Wang Center’s own
Jasmine eatery. The beauty of the outside
patio and gardens provide a perfect backdrop.
Mingle with filmmakers, actors and guests
while enjoying great food, exotic drinks, live
music and the ambiance of Staller Center’s
wonderful neighbor.

Closing Night Awards Reception on Stage, Saturday, July 28
Ticketed event following our Closing Night
film, Rocket Science. Awards will be announced
in the Main Theatre. Tickets are $20 for passholders,
$25 for non-passholders. The Festival
will bestow both Jury and Audience Choice
Awards on the winning feature length and
short films. Join us onstage for drinks and hors
d’oeuvres as we bring back our winning filmmakers,
guests and loyal audience at the Stony
Brook Film Festival’s finale.

All films are for mature audiences. Many of the independent and foreign
films have not yet been rated or have been released without an MPAA
rating. All titles, dates, and times are subject to change.
