It’s summer 1966 in Quebec. Time to enjoy summer vacation and total freedom. A surprise discovery disrupts the status quo and causes Mommy’s sudden departure. Her young daughter Elise becomes aware of the dreams, sorrows and lies told by the people closest to her. One brother stubbornly seeks refuge in constructing a super car, while the other plummets into his own internal world. As for the husband, he is simply overwhelmed. Elise is on the verge of experiencing a summer unlike any other. Produced by Lyse Lafontaine and Michael Mosca. Director of Photography: Daniel Jobin. An Equinoxe Films and Séville Pictures production. From E1 Entertainment International.
