Directed by Alain Berliner.  Albert runs a chips stand on the linguistic border that divides Belgium into North and South.  With each order of chips, he hands his customers a fortune-cookie like message.  On the dawn of the third millennium  people have lined the streets hoping to get a glimpse of what lies ahead from  Albert's fortunes.  But when Albert arrives at his stand on New Year's Eve, he  discovers that his stand has been divided by a wall that separates Northern Belgium from Southern Belgium.  From the acclaimed director of Ma Vie en  Rose.
